Process

Six stages.No guesswork.

A clear path from first message to delivered cartons. You approve every critical decision, and you always know which stage your order is in.

  1. Step 01

    Inquiry & tech pack

Share what you want to make.

Send sketches, references or a full tech pack, with quantities and timing. We review it, ask the right questions and fill the gaps in the specification with you.

You receive: Confirmed specification and quotation

Red and navy reference samples from the same specification, laid out for review
  2. Step 02

    Fabric & trims

    Materials chosen and approved.

We source fabric, trims and labels to your requirements, then send swatches and lab dips for colour approval before anything is cut.

  4. Step 04

    Bulk production

Cut, sewn and finished to the approved sample.

Fabric is cut in planned lays, then sewn, printed or embroidered and finished. You receive progress updates with photos at the key stages.
